Richard

 Richard Nucian has over 35 years experience in the auction and appraisal business. He is perhaps best known as the executive Vice President of Norman Levy Associates, where he ran the auction division and reviewed appraisals.
The company had 9 offices throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Some of his clients included McDonnell Douglas, Chrysler, Bank One, and Michigan National Bank.
 

Mr. Nucian maintained a sole source contract with Chrysler North America from 1980 until 2005, where he was awarded the QE award for suppliers three years running.
 

In March of 2000, Norman Levy Associates was acquired by DoveBid Inc. Mr. Nucian was named Vice President of central North America, a position he held until September, 2005. In December 2005 until December, 2006 he held the position of Chief Operating Office of Hilco Industrial.

Mr. Nucian is now the owner and President of Richard Nucian Associates LLC with offices in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

Richard is a member in good standing of the Machinery Dealers National Association (MDNA), Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA), Industrial Auctioneers Association (IAA), Turnaround Management Association, and the Michigan State Auctioneers Association.

Richard maintains Licenses in Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Florida, Texas, California, West Virginia, and Georgia.

Richard works with many bankruptcy attorneys, work out departments of banks, and turnaround companies. Richard has also served as an expert witness in the area of auctions and appraisals.

Jack Washbourn has been active for over forty plus years as both a Certified Personal Property Appraiser and Licensed Auctioneer specializing in Industrial Machinery and Equipment. He has an extensive resume of high profile valuations and asset disposition projects both domestically internationally.
 

His credentials include serving as Senior Vice President of Hilco Industrial, LLC as well as Hilco Appraisal Services, LLC and participated in the development of each of these entities.
 

Mr. Washbourn is an active member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) for over twenty years, serving presently as International MTS Discipline Governor and recently elected as its’ International Secretary / Treasurer. He also is an active member of the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA) and Equipment Appraisers Association of North America (EAANA).

He has participated as an expert witness in numerous Federal Bankruptcy hearings as well State and District court proceedings. Mr. Washbourn is a licensed auctioneer and has conducted many auctions during his career.

Mr. Washbourn was educated at the University of the State of New York and Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute. He is presently USPAP compliant and accredited by the associations noted above.
